A MAJESTIC BIRTHDAY

This surprise party for a very special 40 year old was carefully crafted with the personal input from the host. From the theme of the event (#MajesticAF), to the feature colours and the favours for the guests, the event was meticulously designed and executed with the sole purpose of ensuring the guest of honour had a memorable milestone birthday celebration.

The special dinner was held in the newly opened private room at Corks Restaurant in downtown Oakville, ON. A spectacular private space, Corks provided the perfect setting for this intimate dinner, complete with welcome cocktails and canapés, 4-course dinner and custom birthday cake. A private bar also provided guests with a wide selection of drinks.

Each place setting was decorated with a personalized menu with custom-themed header (#MajesticAF). Personalized embossed satin ribbons with the name of each guest, and matching blue ash bush berry stems completed the look for each setting. A variety of white florals with greenery, gold fixtures and romantic candlelight finished off the table decor.

As a special thank you from the host, guests were treated to macadamia nut chocolate and coffee direct from Hawaii (from the couple's recent trip). To complement these gifts, the signage and thank you tags were customized to say "Mahalo" (an expression of gratitude in Hawaii) and combined with a silk plumeria accent (the customary flower of Hawaii) typically used to make leis.
